For years before his death, London’s October Gallery emerged as a committed advocate for Aubrey Williams’ work. This advocacy and commitment has continued in the decades following the Guyana-born artist’s death in 1990. Typical in this regard was the exhibition of Williams’ “Cosmos” series, held at October Gallery 14 December 1995 - 27 January 1996. This flyer brought attention to the Afternoon Seminar that coincided with the exhibition and in collaboration with inIVA.

The flyer also publicised a performance by Caribbean flautist, Keith Waithe and the Macusi Players, as part of the exhibition’s supporting events.
